One Month Old

Lillian is one month old today. She has come so far from where she was at birth. She's no longer just a cute floppy headed baby. She has talents!

~ She has learned to recognize when she is about to sneeze and will cover her ears when she is about to do so. This is an improvement from when she was born - she would sneeze, look confused and slightly offended.

~ She has basic head control. It generally stays up and she'll turn it to look at things. She has also learned that if she's sitting up, she can throw it to one side to lay down. or if she wants to eat, she can chicken peck at things while opening and closing her mouth.

~ She can control people by making noises. Yelling makes mom appear. We haven't achieved object permanence yet, so yes I just appear.

~ Baths are good. She loves baths, so she gets one almost every night. She screams when she gets out, though.
